Embroidery

The process begins with the design being converted from a typical computer format such as a jpeg, into a stitch file that can be read by an embroidery machine.

This process is known as digitizing and in many cases, it can be one of the most time-consuming parts of the whole process.

 We do embroidery on:

Prices

 

Embroidery pricing is based on how many stitches it takes to create your image. 


When you request an official quote for your embroidery project, please include the image you want us to put on your item and tell us how large you’d like it to be.

Digitizing is one of the fees, we will keep it on file for you to use again for any future orders at no extra cost.
For simple text designs, there is no setup fee.

  • Logo Digitising (required for all first-time embroidery runs): £15

Flex & Flock Transfer

 

 

The design is cut from a coloured foil and then pressed onto the T-shirt under high heat.
They are usually less expensive than embroidery and we want to give you a choice. 

Can be used on Cotton, Polyester and Polyester / Cotton mixes.

 

  • cuttable heat transfer flex is ideal for 1-3 colours logos, numbers, names, and letterings

  • it's ideally suited for cotton and polyesters which makes it great for t-shirt, sweatshirts, and Team uniforms.

  • perfect solution with a small quantity

  • no additional fee

  • a foil is durable, plain, opaque

  • flex doesn't disintegrate and doesn't fade

  • Flock is an innovative film among the others flex with velvet fabric effect
